Genuine appreciation for this podcast
As someone planning to major in nutrition, I have a lot of respect and appreciation for Dr. Chavez after listening to his podcast for the last few weeks. There is hardly anyone in the media like him with what has seemed like genuine desire to help the public know the truth about nutrition. So far it has been clear to me that heโ€™s not doing this podcast to make money but just wants to offer research backed applicable information. Very well done and much appreciated Dr. Chavez!
Facts vs influencers
It is so hard these days to know what to believe so itโ€™s so refreshing to get factual information around health and fitness from someone who is actually educated in the field. Great content!

I love how Adrian's podcast teaches us about how what we eat can impact us without making you feel afraid of food like some other people in the field (Dr. Greger) do. I would greatly appreciate an episode going over how the body uses different forms of energy for different forms of exercise/movement, and if you could answer my question, is it okay to exercise in the morning regularly if it causes you to wake up with slightly elevated blood sugar?

Fantastic, evidence-based advice and information
I love Dr. Chavezโ€™s work here on the podcast and his IG presence. His explanations are easy to understand, and his info is based on solid evidence (not individual studies, cherry-picked to โ€œproveโ€ a certain point or support a certain diet). I love that heโ€™s willing to call out bad actors in this space, not in a vitriolic way, but not mincing words or tiptoeing either. Iโ€™ve learned so much from these episodes, and shared them with lots of folks. I also really appreciate the near-absence of ads, both as a listener, and as someone who appreciates the integrity of refusing most of the easy money from companies that want to prey on your listenership to make a buck selling things they donโ€™t need (such as AG subscriptions)โ€ฆ All in all, a great podcast to subscribe to if youโ€™re looking to improve your health in the most cost-effective way!

I love listening to this podcast because itโ€™s short and to the point. Dr. Chavez is great at covering major topics and I, personally, as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, like using the information in this podcast to help a lot of my patients with the basics of nutrition because I know itโ€™s science based but also applicable to โ€œreal-lifeโ€!

Not an influencer - a real, qualified professional!
I always come to this podcast for the real science on whatever health and wellness buzzwords are trending on IG and TikTok. Dr. Chavez does an excellent job breaking down the science and also giving a framework for spotting pseudo-science on social media. Wish all the Huberman bros would listen to this podcast instead!
Nutrition CAN be simple!!
Dr. Adrian is a game changer in terms of understanding nutrition in a meaningful yet simple way. I came across him on Instagram and really appreciate his straightforward, fad-free approach. In a world of paid influencers itโ€™s hard to break through to whatโ€™s not just factually correct but whatโ€™s right for you as an individual and Dr. Adrian helps me understand health and nutrition is a lot simpler than weโ€™re lead to believe. Each episode packs a lot of punch - covering usually 2-3 questions in a concise way. Really appreciate and value his content and would recommend it to anyone whoโ€™s felt victimized by โ€œwellnessโ€ and diet culture.

Following Dr Chavez on Instagram and came over to listen to his podcast. Glad I did! Lots of helpful info. He navigates all the misinformation and gives you the best scientific backed answers to make well balanced everyday decisions about nutrition.

Dr. Chavez does a great job explaining the science behind certain questions that come up in my everyday life. He recently went over a question about probiotics with antibiotics and did a great job getting into the details of how that works. He is easy to listen to and I like putting the podcast on when I need something to listen to on the drive to work or home. Thanks Dr. C!

Short and sweet
This podcast is short enough to not be overwhelming and informative enough to give actual actionable advice. It is unbiased and does not get involved in politics. Itโ€™s just nutrition and science that the everyday person can understand and digest. Highly recommend.

I love this podcast. As a registered dietitian, I appreciate Dr. Chavez disseminating factual, science-based information. His voice is so critically vital, especially in the current climate of public health and nutrition. It has been tough to be a professional in nutrition lately, but this podcast is a bright spot in an otherwise dreary and downright scary time. Thank you Dr. Chavez!

Dr Chavez is a wealth of knowledge & only speaks on topics that he can support with SCIENCE and FACTS! I do not believe in any MAHA craziness or outlandish theories & he has still taught me a lot about misconceptions that I had learned through social media (ex. We donโ€™t need 1g protein per lb of body weight). Thanks for all you do, Adrian!!

I really appreciate this podcastโ€™s focus on evidence and the precise breakdown of misleading claims made on social media, including the MAHA movement. There are so many misrepresented data and bad conclusions out there, often promoted by celebrities, and this podcast helps me keep up!
