I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to Dr. Chavez's Your Nutrition Prescription podcast over the past few weeks. I have learned a lot about nutrition, from the value of broccoli sprouts to the role the liver plays in detoxification. The episodes are loaded with useful information and easy to digest (pun intended!). The intelligence and passion with which Dr. Chavez shares this content is unmatched. I'm excited to learn more with each new episode.
