Morning ritual
I love this podcast. Sometimes I wish it was longer but it’s actually the perfect length to retain what you learn and stay interested. I’ve been recommending it to all my friends and clients when the opportunity in conversation arises. I like that he’s not TELLING you what to do but more so guiding you into a healthier lifestyle that is all about balance and realistic to our day to day lives.
An incredible and potentially life changing resource
Dr. Chavez takes on a wide variety of health topics and presents his balanced, nonjudgmental advice on how to think about food, diet, and supplements. The episodes are often quick and to-the-point. Dr. Chavez always strives to stay above the sensationalist nutritional fads and all-or-nothing claims of the day and brings it all down to what solid research evidence says. I highly recommend subscribing to this one.

What a great way to keep it front and center
Our health is something that often can be put by the way side. This daily reminder keeps us conscious of our choices for what we eat. Just started at episode 1 and I am excited to get caught up to 227.

I like how his podcasts are more science based, and have pretty good information. Sometimes I wish the podcast were longer and more in-depth! But he does a good job capturing all audiences.

I love the information and format of this podcast. I usually listen at the gym or at work. The format of 1 central topic in under 20 minutes each day makes it easy to incorporate the tips into daily routines and make notes on topics I want to research. I constantly find myself forwarding certain episodes to friends and family that I know the information pertains to. Thank you for a great show!!
Daily Dose: Get your daily nugget
Dr Chavez has a great podcast format here. I really value that time and energy Dr. Chavez puts into the research, i get the feeling he'd be reading science research literature for fun even w/o his practice. I really appreciate that he spends the time to do all that, synthesize trends in the research and help cut through the sound bites and biased reports. I've been able to put into practice an occasional item that makes sense to me .. and that's his approach -- present the material and it's up to you to adopt what makes sense in your life. Highly recommended.

Lots of good useful information on this podcast. I enjoy the shorter length of this podcast, I can listen to a whole episode and not have to split it up. It’s great hearing advice from someone so knowledgeable.

So much practical and useful information. One of my favorite things about this podcast is dr. Chavez always notes the studies that he researched to provide and back up what he is saying, that seems rare in this day and age.

Excellent daily short form podcast. With all of the conflicting health and fitness information out there, it’s hard to sort through it all. Dr Adrian Chavez provides all of the research papers out there and does his best to explain it an an understandable manner. He also provides easy action items based on that research.
